Payment schedule
For K–8 students beginning with the school year, the first monthly tuition payment is due August 1 and the final payment is due May 1. Students enrolling after August 1 may receive a prorated payment schedule.

Pre-K programs include sibling discounts. Kindergarten through 8th grade is $900 per month for each child.

These policies apply to tuition and fees generally and are separate from before- and after-school care.
Late & returned payments
A $50 late charge applies when a monthly tuition payment is more than 10 days past due. A $50 fee applies to any check returned by the bank.
Non-refundable payments
Monthly tuition payments and fees are non-refundable.
Other costs
Other costs may apply during the school year. Some are paid directly to outside providers rather than to St. Clement; families will receive payment instructions when applicable.
Meals
Breakfast and lunch are provided for students.
Financial aid
Financial aid of up to 50% may be available. Contact the main office for eligibility information and details.
Extended care
Before & after school.
Optional care is available outside regular school hours at the rates below.
- Before School (6:30–8:00 AM): $150/month or $10/day
- After School (3:00–5:30 PM): $200/month or $15/day
