St. Clement Christian Academy – 2025–2026 School Uniform Policy

Dear Parents,

Please carefully review the following uniform guidelines for the upcoming school year. These standards promote modesty, discipline, and a unified appearance for all our students.

Shirts:

• All Students:
• All school uniform shirts and Hoodies must be purchased from St. Clement.
• White shirts (polo or button-up) are to be worn on Wednesdays with the school Plaid Ties (Blue and Gold Plaid).
• Elementary Students:
• May wear Light yellow, white, or navy polo shirts on other school days.
• Middle School Students:
• May wear sky blue, white or navy polo shirts on other school days.
• Layering Reminder:
  Students may not wear long-sleeve shirts under short-sleeve polos.

Boys Uniform:

• Must wear school plaid ties (blue and gold plaid) on Wednesdays.
• Belts: A black or brown belt is required daily.
• Polo: Polo shirts must be tucked in at all times.
• Socks: Must be black or white.
• Pants: Solid navy or black dress pants.
• Hair:
• Must be trimmed around the ears and neckline.
• Hair length must be no longer than 2 inches.
• Nails: Must be clean and trimmed at all times.
• Shoes: Solid Black or Solid White Shoes

Girls Uniform:

• Must wear the blue and gold plaid “Plaid V” jumper, box pleat jumper, skirt or skorts.
• Polo shirts must be tucked in at all times.
• Must wear school plaid ties (blue and gold plaid) on Wednesdays.
• Tights/Stockings: Must be navy or white only. No leggings allowed.
• Fleece-lined tights for winter can be found on Amazon.
• Socks: Must be white or black.
• Shoes: Solid Black or Solid White Shoes
• Hair Accessories: Must be black or navy only.
• Earrings:
• No hoop earrings.
• No large or dangling earrings.
• Nails:
• Must be short, clean, and neatly trimmed.
• Solid-color nail polish is allowed.
• No acrylics, nail tips, or decorative designs.

Outerwear:

• The St. Clement hoodie must be purchased directly from the school.
• Winter jackets must be solid colored only:
  Acceptable colors: Navy, black, gray, brown, white, or beige.

Where to Purchase Uniforms:

• Uniform Shirts and Hoodies: Must be purchased from St. Clement.
• Blue & Gold Plaid Skirts, Jumpers, Box Pleat Jumpers, and Ties:
  Available for purchase at the Amazon or from French Toast.
